The Fondazione Cologni dei Mestieri d'Arte concentrates its efforts on providing apprenticeship programs to talented young artisans.
In a few years it grants more than 100 apprenticeships, thanks to the active participation of institutions and partners contributions. Thanks to this grant, selected young students from the best Italian training schools are working in workshops, ateliers and companies of excellence situated all over Italy. Students’ trainings fields include: Artistic ceramics, Ceramic restoration, Chasing silver, Gardening, goldsmithing, Jewelry design, Mosaic, Painting restoration, Papier-mâché restoration, Racing car and motorcycle mechanics, Shoe design, Stage costume production, Tailoring, Textile restoration, Violin making, Watchmaking, Wine Tasting.

Susanna Pozzoli is commissioned by Fondazione Cologni to make a photographic documentation in 2015 and 2016. She visits and photographs the apprentices in all the locations all over Italy. A dedicated website has been made: www.unascuolaunlavoro.it
